Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team. The role involves coordinating with customers, vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of sales orders, timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and efficient follow-up of payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Team through direct interaction with customers, vendors, suppliers, and related parties.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to monitor, update, and report the status of active and forecasted sales orders.
- Expedite orders to ensure customer delivery expectations are met.
- Create and maintain sales orders, quotations, and related documentation as requested by Sales Managers.
- Prepare vendor purchase orders and follow up on order status.
- Prepare service orders and provide support for service order invoicing.
- Generate periodic commercial reports.
- Obtain pricing quotations from third-party suppliers.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the ERP system through weekly and monthly reporting.
- Prepare and present required documentation packages.
- Follow up on sales invoices to ensure timely payment collection.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Perform any other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles.
- University diploma or degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage.
