Job Summary:
Our client, a business consulting firm based in Dubai is looking for a Business Operations Consultant (Japanese Speaker).
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Overseas Expansion and Corporate Establishment Operations
- ・Document preparation for establishing local entities, obtaining licenses, opening bank accounts, and securing visas in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.
- ・Communication with clients and authorities (via email, phone, and in-person)
- 2. Supporting back-office specialist teams (Accounting/Tax, HR, General Affairs, etc.) in client interactions and project progress management
- ・Supporting internal back-office specialist teams (Accounting/Tax, HR, IT, etc.) in handling client cases as the primary point of contact
- ・Preparing contract-related documents (quotations, contracts, proposals, etc.)
- ・Managing progress of monthly and annual projects
- 3. Practical operations for HR/General Affairs outsourcing services
- ・Acting as the client company's HR/General Affairs representative, understanding operational processes (expense claim/approval processes, attendance tracking, flight arrangements, golf course reservations, etc.)
- ・Performing practical operations on behalf of the client, adhering to rules, deadlines, and approval workflows
- 4. Client Support & Operational Management
- ・Communication with clients and authorities (email, phone, in-person) ※Japanese/English
- ・Handling inquiries regarding procedures, accounting, and labor matters
- ・Preparing meeting minutes
- ・Manage project deadlines
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
- Language: Japanese: Native level
- English: Proficiency sufficient for practical communication within and outside the company (Guideline: TOEIC score of 700 or higher)
- Work Experience: 2 years or more (domestic or international
