Job Summary:
One of our clients in Saudi Arabia - KAEC ( Jeddah) is looking for VPC officer.
Purpose of Job: Monitor and support VPC operations in accordance with safety, quality, inventory control, vehicle inspection, yard management, shipment coordination, and production standards. Identify and escalate operational issues involving operators , and report performance and improvement opportunities to the VPC senior officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Function:
Assist in budget monitoring, profit planning, and cost-control activities.
Monitor operating expenses, manpower costs, overtime, and repair expenses, and report deviations.
Support maintenance, adjustment, and replacement activities for VPC equipment as required.
Assist in providing guidance and training to supervisors and staff in line with company objectives.
Promote facility organization, cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards.
Support operational planning activities, including labor allocation, cycle times, production costs, and delivery schedules.
Assist with production and quality monitoring to support cost, quality, and delivery targets.
Make operational reports and support resolution of manufacturing and maintenance issues.
Communicate assigned responsibilities to teams and follow up on task completion.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience: Basic knowledge of budgeting, wage ratios, and financial reporting, with the ability to assist in problem-solving in low-standardization environments and support safe, quality, and cost-effective operations
