Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The role will focus on analyzing and planning financial and business accounting activities for the Middle East (ME) region, while supporting business strategy, growth initiatives, financial performance, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will work closely with the HOD and BU Leadership Team to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, drive value-creation initiatives, and provide high-quality financial and business insights to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Support the HOD and BU Leadership Team in delivering the business strategy and achieving above-market growth.
    • Drive and operationalize the Business Unit Strategy and Long-Range Plan (LRP) in collaboration with the Leadership Team.
    • Develop, implement, and monitor Value-Creation Plans (VCPs) for new growth opportunities, integrations, and strategic initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities to accelerate growth through commercial excellence, pricing, recurring revenue growth, and other key performance drivers.
    • Manage and coordinate the BU Leadership Team agenda, ensuring effective implementation of business processes, tools, and operating rhythms.
    • Prepare strategic analysis, financial models, management reports, and business insights to support decision-making.
    • Support the preparation of strategy packs, LRP content, and SDP Level 1 documentation.
    • Monitor and analyze key business and commercial performance indicators, including revenue growth, MIF growth, Annual Recurring Revenue, and pricing.
    • Support the delivery and tracking of strategic initiatives from planning through execution and measurable results.
    • Facilitate regular KPI reviews, MBRs, QBRs, and other business performance reviews.
    • Identify business improvement opportunities and support the implementation of operational excellence initiatives.
    • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Leadership teams to drive business performance.
    • Provide structured analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
    • CA/CPA qualified or equivalent professional qualification.
    • 5–10 years of relevant experience in business analysis, financial analysis, planning, or a similar role within an international business environment.
    • Strong experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and auditing.
    • Proven track record of designing and delivering strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
    • Experience in process deployment, project management, or business transformation is preferred.
    • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies; Black Belt or Green Belt certification would be an advantage.
    • Understanding of daily management processes and operational excellence frameworks.
