Key Responsibilities:

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable watches and Jewellery.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Present products professionally and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new collections.
- Ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Jewellery, watches, fashion, or premium retail sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, well-presented, and customer-focused.
- Passionate about sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
- UAE retail experience is preferred.
