Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Person to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- elcome and assist customers in the showroom/store.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and follow up on customer orders.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is organized and presentable.
- Manage customer relationships and follow up on leads to generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for order processing.
- Handle cash/card payments and maintain accurate sales records.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of retail sales experience.
- Experience in furniture, office furniture, interior products, building materials, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer skills for sales reporting and documentation.
- UAE retail sales experience preferred.
