Job Summary:
One of our clients in Abu Dhabi is looking for Project Manager, r to lead and manage Traffic Department projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, executing, and delivering traffic or intelligent transportation system (ITS) projects while ensuring compliance with client requirements, quality standards, budget, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to handover.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise project execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure effective communication across all project phases.
- Resolve project issues and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing Traffic Department, Traffic Systems, or Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) projects in the UAE.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
