Managing official documents, Handling immigration procedures & operating local digital portals
Government Relations and Portals
· Use local platforms like Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, GOSI, and Mudad.
· Submit official paperwork to ministries and government offices.
· Track and renew commercial registrations, municipal licenses, and permits.
Visa and Immigration Management
· Process new work visas, residency permits (Iqamas), and exit/re-entry visas.
· Manage renewals, amendments, and cancellations for staff documents.
· Coordinate medical tests and fingerprinting appointments for employees.
Labor Law and Compliance
· Ensure company adherence to Saudi Labor Law and Ministry of Human Resources guidelines.
· Handle work contract registrations and dispute resolutions through official channels.
· Manage social insurance updates and wage protection system filings.
Key Responsibilities:

- - manages daily office operations, coordinates communication, and organizes company records to ensure the workplace runs efficiently. The core duties include greeting visitors, scheduling meetings, and ordering supplies. Coordinate overall cleanliness and tidiness of workplace.
