Job Summary:
One of our clients in Qassim (Saudi Arabia) is looking for a General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Have experience of farm management and agricultural methods and understanding conditions with regards to crop management and the following:
• Irrigation of a farm
• Compost preparation and usage
• Farm machinery experience
• Plant protection
• Have strong team management experience, supervisory and motivational skills
• Be cost conscience. Take steps to cut and manage costs
• Have strong interpersonal skills. Recruit and manage staff at all levels
• Be innovative and creative
• Be results oriented
Requirements:
- • Have a minimum of 5 years GM experience in a similar background
- • Be required to manage (along with the site in Qassim), the whole Agri business in KSA (farms located in Medina and Jadida)
- • Have excellent knowledge on agricultural administration, and operational background in managing similar businesses like large farms, date farms experience is highly preferred
