Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dependable Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day business functions, vendor management, and internal coordination. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operational and administrative activities across departments
- Track tasks, deadlines, and ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion
- Follow up on pending matters and provide reminders to relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate internal workflows and ensure smooth communication between teams
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms for the company
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Support management with coordination, scheduling, and operational planning
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and operational standards
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar operations/coordination role
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills with strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and structured in approach
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and systems
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong experience in vendor management and negotiation
- Demonstrated ability to track tasks and follow up consistently
