Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Administration Executive to oversee HR operations, employee relations, leave management, attendance tracking, visa and document renewals, and general administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR administration and a good understanding of UAE labor regulations and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
    • Handle leave management, attendance monitoring, and timesheet administration.
    • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, salary certificates, and HR correspondence.
    • Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee records.
    • Address employee queries and provide HR support.
      Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
    • Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
      Coordinate office supplies, vendor management, and facility requirements.
    • Maintain company records and confidential documentation.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics when required.
    • Support management with administrative reports and documentation.
    • Monitor and process employee visa renewals, Emirates ID renewals, labor cards, and medical appointments.
    • Coordinate trade license, establishment card, tenancy contract, and other company document renewals.
      Liaise with government authorities, PROs, and external service providers.
    • Maintain renewal trackers and ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements.
Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of UAE experience in HR & Administration.
    • Strong knowledge of leave management, employee relations, and HR documentation.
    • Experience handling visa processes and company document renewals.
    • Good understanding of UAE Labor Law.
