Job Summary:
One of our clients in Abu Dhabi is looking for Project Manager.
Responsible for overseeing, directing and managing the completion of specific projects from start to finish including ensuring that the delivered project conforms to the approved business case, managing financials of the project, ensuring they are delivered on time, within the budget and within scope. Leads team, manage resources, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing strategic priorities of a project in terms of project planning, organizing and management of project budget and key stakeholders.
- Developing detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables, and creating timelines and budgets.
- Leading, motivating, and managing project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts.
- Allocating and managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget.
- Identifying potential risks, assessing their impact, and developing mitigation plans.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management, to keep them informed of project progress and issues.
- Monitoring and managing project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within the allocated budget.
- Tracking project progress, identifying deviations from the plan, and implementing corrective actions.
- Identifying and resolving problems that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensuring that projects are completed successfully, deliverables are finalized, and project resources are released.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- PMP Certification or similar project management certification.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant project management experience in the construction industry in UAE.
