Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Tagalog-speaking Personal Assistant to the Chairman to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and basic accounting knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with personal and business-related tasks as assigned by the Chairman.
- Support basic accounting functions, including expense tracking, invoice management, and petty cash reconciliation.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Tagalog and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience handling financial records or expenses.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
