Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer(Insulation) to drive sales growth and business development within the industrial sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving annual revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, tendering, quotation preparation, and deal closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote products and services to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers and act as the first point of escalation for customer issues.
- Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Complete vendor registrations, pre-qualification submissions, and customer onboarding requirements.
- Identify and develop new industrial market opportunities.
- Track major projects and provide regular updates to management.
- Maintain accurate sales records, quotation registers, and customer account reviews.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Support collection efforts for outstanding payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in engineering sales and business development within the UAE.
- Strong technical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in industrial products, projects, or engineering solutions sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE and overseas when required.
