Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to promote and sell ceramic and porcelain tiles, bathroom fixtures, sanitary ware, and kitchen products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell ceramic and porcelain tiles, bathroom fixtures, sanitary ware, and kitchen products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, builders, architects, interior designers, and retail customers.
- Conduct outdoor sales visits, client meetings, and product presentations to generate leads and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 5 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, sanitary ware, bathroom products, kitchen solutions, or building materials.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
- Good knowledge of the UAE construction and building materials market.
- Valid UAE driving license.
