One of our clients in Dubai is looking for Sales Manager - Far East (Lifestyle & beauty)
The ideal candidate is a native professional currently based in Hong Kong or Singapore, or a Dubai-based candidate with a strong track record Far East region managing distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

Business Development & Market Expansion
Develop and execute sales strategies across markets.
Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, e-commerce partners, and key accounts.
Expand market presence in Southeast Asia, North Asia, and selected Pacific markets.
Lead negotiations of commercial agreements and annual business plans.
Identify new market opportunities and channel expansion initiatives. - Distributor & Key Account Management
Manage distributor relationships across multiple markets.
Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations.
Drive sell-in, sell-out, and inventory optimization initiatives.
Monitor pricing consistency and channel profitability. - Retail & E-commerce Development
Build relationships with major retail, department store, specialty beauty, lifestyle, and online channels.
Support product launches, promotions, and retail activations. - Commercial & Sales Planning
Achieve regional sales, margin, and profitability targets.
Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and sales plans.
Monitor sales KPIs and market performance.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights.
Requirements:
- Proven success in Beauty, Personal Care, Lifestyle, Luxury
- The ideal candidate is a native professional currently based in Hong Kong or Singapore, or a Dubai-based candidate with a strong track record Far East region managing distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- 8–15 years of sales and business development experience.
