Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced professional to coordinate campaign execution for a confidential organization. The Operation Coordinator Executive’s main mission is to ensure perfect execution of all campaign activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Organize and facilitate internal and external operational processes.
- Coordinate purchase and delivery of prizes with external stakeholders.
- Report and update internal teams on campaign progress.
- Update trackers and KPIs on a weekly basis.
- Prepare campaign feasibility checks (agenda, prizes, pricing, content).
- Prepare clearing files and campaign documentation.
- Manage email processes including templates, sending, follow-ups, and data collection.
- Submit and obtain ministry permits for digital activities.
- Coordinate with retailers regarding campaign details and permissions.
- Liaise with internal teams for POSM dispatch and reporting.
- Coordinate with campaign managers, merchandisers, promoters, courier partners, and scanning operators.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for prizes and fulfillment.
- Handle storage facilities and shipment coordination.
- Prepare reports and update analytics files.
- Support the merchandiser team during campaign execution.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; background in business administration is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in administrative, coordination, or operations support roles.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Office tools.
- Experience with ERP or management software is an advantage.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
