Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Salon Manager with strong expertise in hair treatments and excellent leadership skills. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and capable of managing daily salon operations while ensuring high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon operations and staff management
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
- Perform and supervise hair treatments and styling services
- Manage bookings, appointments, and client relations
- Train and guide salon staff
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Handle inventory, product stock, and supplier coordination
- Achieve sales targets and improve salon performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in salon operations
- Strong expertise in hair treatments and styling
- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
