Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated UAE National candidates (Freshers or Experienced) to join our team in a Procurement support role. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement operations, vendor coordination, and administrative processes within a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the procurement department.
- Assist in procurement activities such as preparing purchase requests and tracking orders.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, deliveries, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
- Support internal departments with procurement-related requirements.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation (physical and digital).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory.
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Working Hours:- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break)
