Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle body repairs and be proficient in dismantling, assembling, and repairing various vehicle components with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely dismantle and assemble full suspension and mechanical components of vehicles.
- Operate measurement and pulling systems for large-scale structural repairs.
- Perform Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) for minor dents and dings.
- Accurately dismantle and reassemble all vehicle trims, including complex components such as front dashboards.
- Conduct minor electrical and wiring repairs as required.
- Remove and install front bull bars, side steps, and other external accessories.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater or in a similar automotive repair role.
- Proficiency in using measurement and pulling systems.
- Skilled in Paintless Dent Removal techniques.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Relevant trade qualifications and certifications are highly regarded.
