Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.Responsibilities include planning, managing, and overseeing production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and oversee production
- Develop an improved production process
- Maximize productivity of machinery and workers
- Determine which equipment will be used and where they will be stationed in the facility
- Follow product specifications and quality control measures
- Ensure all steps of production run efficiently
- Develop and implement quality control measures
- Educate employees on proper methods to operate machinery
- Diagnose breakdowns and troubleshoot problems
Requirements:
- A Higher Technical Diploma in Manufacturing
- 7+ years’ experience in production/industrial engineering
- Proficiency using Microsoft (Excel, Access)
- Ability to effectively lead and direct employees
- Excellent English, and Urdu communication skills, both verbally and written
