Working closely with the founder, this role combines personalized client service with sales strategy, ensuring exceptional experiences and strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with clients to drive sales and provide personalized recommendations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Assist with client communication, appointments, and follow-ups
- Support the planning and execution of events and client experiences to promote brand loyalty
- Maintain client records, track sales, and report on client interactions
- Collaborate with the founder and team to achieve sales targets and boutique goals
