Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Workshop Assistant to provide physical and logistical support to technicians and daily workshop operations. This is an entry-level role, ideal for candidates who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians with tools, materials, and equipment handling
- Support loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the workshop
- Follow instructions from technicians and supervisors accurately
- Assist during equipment disassembly and assembly processes
- Perform basic tasks using hand tools under supervision
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards
Requirements:
- No technical qualification required (suitable for junior/fresher candidates)
- Limited or no experience in Oil & Gas or technical field
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
