Job Summary:
One of our clients in Saudi Arabia is looking for Construction Director - Civil .
Key Responsibilities:
- The Construction Director is responsible for leading the on‑site construction execution and delivery across large‑scale construction projects.
- This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and quality requirements.

Requirements:
- • Candidates must come from a Main Contractor background only.
- • Profiles with experience primarily from PMC, PMCM, or consultancy environments are not suitable.
- • The candidate must have directly managed projects as a Contractor, not in an oversight or advisory capacity.
- • Project Directors from PMCM or PMC organisations are not acceptable.
- • Candidates must have recent and relevant contractor-side experience; profiles where the candidate has not worked as a contractor for a prolonged period will be rejected.
- • Proven delivery of large-scale, complex projects is essential.
