Job Summary:
Provide physical, logistical, and basic technical support to technicians and workshop operations, ensuring smooth and safe execution of maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians with:
- Tools and equipment handling
- Material preparation and movement
- Loading and unloading of parts/equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the workshop and work areas
- Follow instructions from technicians, supervisors, and engineers
- Use basic hand tools under supervision
- Support during equipment disassembly and assembly
- Help in organizing tools, spare parts, and consumables
Requirements:
- No formal technical qualification required
- Little or no experience in industrial or oil & gas sector
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Basic experience in industrial or maintenance environment
- Familiar with tools, workshop practices, and safety procedures
- Able to assist technicians more efficiently with minimal supervision
