Job Summary:

One of our clients in Riyadh is looking for Overseas Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for overseas market development; break down the annual sales targets according to the company’s business objectives, organize the preparation of annual sales plans for the department, and implement internal profit targets and allocation plans to ensure the achievement of the company’s international trade goals.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, develop new markets, and enhance the company’s brand recognition and competitiveness in the global market.
    • Lead international business negotiations, handle customer inquiries and quotations, and oversee contract signing and execution; effectively manage trade risks to ensure transaction security.
    • Coordinate internal resources—such as production and logistics—to optimize foreign trade processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
    • Monitor international market trends and policy changes, and adjust business strategies promptly to adapt to external environment shifts.    
Requirements:
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience related to the construction industry.
  • Regional Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in Saudi Arabia, with solid understanding of local business practices and cultural norms.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English (both written and spoken); basic Arabic communication skills are a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Engineering Management are preferred.Professional Background & Skills-
  • Proven track record in marketing modular or steel-structure construction products and solutions.
  • Directly led or played a key role in securing at least three projects with an individual contract value of RMB 80 million (approx. SAR 40 million) or above.
  • Skilled in developing localized marketing strategies for government and enterprise clients in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
  • Familiar with Saudi Arabia’s tendering procedures, procurement systems, and key stakeholders in the construction and real estate sectors.
  • Candidates with experience working with major developers, EPC contractors, or design consultancies in the Gulf region will be given priority.
