Job Summary:
To achieve recruitment targets for MBA programmes, executive education courses, and other professional programmes. The role supports recruitment, marketing, business development, and admissions teams, guiding prospective students from initial enquiry to enrolment. Based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), the role contributes to regional recruitment initiatives, events, outreach, public relations, and stakeholder engagement across the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Recruitment:
- - Manage and follow up on enquiries from marketing campaigns and events.
- - Provide counselling and guidance to prospective students.
- - Support applicants throughout the admissions journey.
- - Focus on converting high-quality applications in line with targets.
- - Monitor and improve conversion ratios.
- - Guide applicants through documentation and deadline requirements.
- - Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- - Prepare reports on leads, applications, offers, and payments.
- - Provide weekly recruitment pipeline updates.
- - Represent the organisation at open days, exhibitions, and fairs.
- - Support pre-departure preparation and orientation.
- - Review and process applications in a timely manner.
- Event Management:
- - Support planning and execution of recruitment events and exhibitions.
- - Coordinate event logistics, catering, and equipment.
- - Organise guest speakers and external participants.
- - Prepare event documentation and promotional materials.
- CSR Initiatives:
- - Collaborate with internal teams to support CSR activities.
- - Assist with social responsibility and community engagement initiatives.
- - Identify opportunities to enhance sustainable business practices.
- - Monitor sustainability initiatives and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Arabic.- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, business development, partnerships, or B2B consultative sales.- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.- Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organisational and time-management skills.- Ability to analyse recruitment data and pipeline metrics.- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.- High professionalism and confidentiality.- Ability to work independently and in teams.- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.-Experience in higher education, executive education, or professional services.- Experience with CRM data and campaign performance analysis.- Understanding of the GCC corporate and government landscape.- Preference for Saudi nationals residing in KSA.
