Job Summary:

One of our clients in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is looking for HR Manager with 8–12 years of experience to lead the human resources department. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner who can align HR initiatives with company goals while maintaining hands-on responsibility for employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, deep knowledge of labor laws, and experience in building high-performing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. Strategic HR Leadership
    • Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, and procedures that align with long-term company goals.
    • Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management.
    • Analyze HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making and report to management on key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • 2. Talent Management & Recruitment
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the selection of high-quality talent for the organization.
    • Develop talent acquisition strategies to support business growth and talent pipelines.
    • Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • 3. Performance & Talent Development
    • Manage and improve performance appraisal systems that encourage high performance.
    • Identify training needs, develop training programs, and oversee employee development plans.
    • Facilitate succession planning for key positions. 
  • 4. Employee Relations & Compliance
    • Bridge relations between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
    • Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
    • Manage, mitigate, and resolve conflict through investigations and disciplinary procedures.
  • 5. Compensation & Operations
    • Supervise payroll processing, benefits programs, and compensation planning to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
    • Maintain and update employee records, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 8–12 years of professional HR experienceDeep understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
