Job Summary:

The BIM Manager will lead the implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across projects. This role ensures compliance with company standards and ISO 19650 requirements, supports multidisciplinary collaboration, and drives digital innovation to enhance project delivery

Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead BIM implementation across multiple project teams.
    • Ensure BIM models meet project standards, client requirements, and company protocols.
    • Establish and enforce BIM execution plans (BEP).
    • Ensure compliance with company BIM standards and ISO 19650.
    • Monitor BIM processes and ensure timely delivery of coordinated models.
    • Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM integration and perform clash detection.
    • Oversee model federation and ensure consistency across disciplines.
    • Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
    • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure proper documentation and version control of BIM models.
    • Oversee BIM software usage and integration across teams.
    • Identify and propose technology improvements to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
    • Recommend process improvements and workflow enhancements.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in modeling standards, workflows, and documentation.
    • Maintain BIM performance metrics and reporting dashboards.
    • Support design and construction teams in effective BIM usage.
    • Provide guidance on BIM best practices and digital workflows.
    • Coordinate and support BIM training programs.
    • Mentor and guide junior BIM staff to develop technical and coordination skills.
Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
    • 5–8+ years of experience in BIM coordination or management.
    • Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.
    • Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.).
    • Experience managing multidisciplinary projects.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
    • Ability to drive digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
