Job Summary:
We are hiring an Arabic-speaking Performance Media Manager to lead the paid media function at both a strategic and tactical oversight level. This role will manage and supervise our external media agency across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google, and key marketplace advertising platforms.
You will not be executing campaigns inside the ad accounts directly; instead, you will:
Set strategic direction
Review and challenge performance
Guide optimization discipline
Validate reporting accuracy
Drive continuous improvement to achieve strong ROAS and revenue growth across KSA and GCC e-commerce markets
Key Responsibilities:
- Agency Performance Management
- Act as the internal owner of paid media performance across all channels.
- Manage, track, and evaluate the work delivered by the external media agency.
- Ensure agency adherence to best practices in structure, targeting, bidding, and optimization.
- Lead weekly performance review calls and ensure action items are implemented.
- Full-Funnel Strategy Ownership
- Define and guide the full-funnel campaign strategy (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion).
- Align paid media planning with commercial priorities, product launches, promotions, and inventory changes.
- Ensure testing roadmaps are built and executed (creative tests, audience tests, formats, landing pages).
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Review, validate, and challenge agency reports and dashboards.
- Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, AOV, and contribution margin.
- Translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
- Identify underperformance early and drive corrective actions.
- Budget Planning & Allocation
- Own budget allocation across channels, funnel stages, and campaign types.
- Ensure spending aligns with commercial targets and profitability requirements.
- Challenge agency proposals and maintain strict financial discipline.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with e‑commerce, creative, content, and design teams to align execution.
- Translate performance insights into precise creative briefs and content frameworks.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams to support Amazon/Noon promotional needs.
- Tactical Communication & Decision Making
- Provide tactical direction regarding campaign setup, scaling, and optimization priorities.
- Respond quickly to competitive shifts, performance drops, or market dynamics.
- Maintain high execution cadence through consistent follow-ups, deadlines, and accountability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing for e‑commerce, ideally within GCC markets.
- Strong background in working with or managing external media agencies.
- Deep understanding of Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google paid media ecosystems.
- Strong knowledge of full‑funnel performance frameworks and scaling strategies.
- Proven ability to manage large budgets (USD 1M+ per year).
- Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to audit reports, validate results, and evaluate optimization logic.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and consistent follow‑up discipline.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail‑driven, and accountable.
