Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly professional and service-driven F&B Butler to provide exceptional food and beverage service in a luxury/VIP environment. The ideal candidate will ensure personalized guest experiences, maintain the highest hospitality standards, and demonstrate discretion, attention to detail, and refined service etiquette.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized food and beverage service to guests/VIPs.
- Set up dining areas, private events, and in-room service according to fine dining standards.
- Serve meals and beverages professionally, following proper etiquette and service sequence.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team regarding menu details, dietary requirements, and special requests.
- Ensure proper handling of silverware, glassware, and table settings.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas.
- Monitor stock levels of beverages and service supplies.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as an F&B Butler, Fine Dining Waiter, or in luxury hospitality.
- Experience in 5-star hotels, private households, yachts, or VIP service preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and etiquette.
- Good communication skills in English .
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours and under pressure.
