Key Responsibilities:
- The Social Media Specialist drives the company’s online presence and brand voice across all platforms. This role ensures content excellence, audience growth, and strategic alignment with marketing objectives while leading a high-performing creative team.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a content plan aligned with company’s marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
- Oversee content creation, publication, and performance across all social media platforms.
- Monitor engagement metrics, audience growth, and optimize performance through actionable insights.
- Lead the social media team to ensure timely, high-quality output and collaboration.
- Analyze social data to generate regular reports that inform decision-making.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure all communication reflects company tone and standards.
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong command of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and CapCut.
- Excellent knowledge of content trends, audience behavior, and digital storytelling.
- Leadership skills and team management abilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Analytical acumen to interpret social data and adjust strategies.
- Exceptional communication and time management skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably with leading experience.Proven track record in e-commerce or brand-driven environments.
