Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality 2D designs across both digital and print platforms. This role focuses on e-commerce visuals, UI/UX assets in Figma, marketing banners, social media feed design, and brand/packaging materials, ensuring consistent, on-brand creative execution across all touchpoints including web, ads, and physical signage

Key Responsibilities:
    • Create strong 2D designs for digital and print applications.
    • Design and maintain a consistent social media feed (grid look & feel), including posts, stories, reels covers, highlights, and templates.
    • Produce social media marketing designs for campaigns, launches, and promotions.
    • Design website banners, homepage visuals, landing page graphics, and e-commerce assets.
    • Create marketing banners for both online and offline use (promotional banners, storefront banners, event banners, etc.).
    • Develop media buying creatives for performance marketing (Meta / TikTok / Google ads), including multiple variations for testing.
    • Design UI/UX assets using Figma (web-focused).
    • Prepare and export designs in correct web formats and sizes, optimizing for different platforms.
    • Create branding and packaging elements (labels, inserts, product packaging, brand guidelines assets).
    • Design road signage and outdoor formats (billboards, street signage, directional signs), ensuring print-ready specifications and readability.
    • Maintain brand consistency, ensure quality control, and provide clean handoff of final files.
Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
    • 3–5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within e-commerce or retail.
    • Proven experience designing for e-commerce promotions and campaign launches.
    • Strong background in creating performance ad creatives (paid media) with multiple variations for testing.
    • Experience preparing print-ready files, including large-format banners and road signage (bleeds, CMYK, resolution, safety margins).
