Job Summary:
One of our clients in Riyadh is looking for Sr. Manager, Environmental / Sustainability.
Provide executive-level leadership and oversight for all environmental and sustainability activities across multiple projects and portfolios. Develop and implement company-wide strategies, policies, and governance frameworks to drive compliance, environmental performance, and corporate sustainability objectives. Focus on strategic leadership, risk management, governance, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting, without involvement in operational or site-level tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Environmental & Sustainability Strategy
- Define company-wide environmental and sustainability strategies
- Develop, approve, and monitor policies, standards, and governance frameworks
- Align corporate and project sustainability objectives
- Ensure adherence to global best practices and regulatory requirements
- Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor managers and senior teams across multiple projects
- Define strategic roles and responsibilities at portfolio level
- Develop long-term talent development and succession plans
- Foster a culture of sustainability, innovation, and accountability
- Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify high-level environmental and sustainability risks
- Approve risk mitigation and strategic preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with regulations, safety, and corporate sustainability standards
- Oversee audits, assessments, and strategic reviews

Requirements:
- 12–15 years in environmental management, corporate sustainability, or executive leadership roles
- Experience in strategic governance, risk management, and multi-project oversight
- Strong knowledge of global environmental regulations, sustainability frameworks, and corporate reporting standards
