One of our clients is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Luxury Retail Trainer to drive learning and development across our 6 boutique locations. This role is pivotal in equipping our teams with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with our brand’s ethos.

• Design and deliver engaging training programs (in-person, live online, and self-paced) focused on product knowledge, sales excellence, and customer service.
• Lead boutique audits and mystery shopper programs to ensure adherence to brand standards and provide actionable feedback.
• Track and report training outcomes, identify skill gaps, and implement tailored development plans.
• Act as a coach and mentor, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence across all locations.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance training programs to keep pace with trends in luxury retail.
Requirements:
- • 5+ years in luxury retail or training, ideally in fashion, jewelry, or beauty.
- • Proven ability to design and deliver training in physical and digital formats.
- • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
