Job Summary:
The Operations Manager of company’s KSA will lead all operations, commercial functions, and team development across the Kingdom. As the key executive in-market, the Operations Manager will own delivery of the P&L, drive exceptional customer experience, and support venue expansion efforts to make company the premier freestyle entertainment brand in KSA.

- · Implement and manage short, medium- and long-term venue goals, outcomes and action plans.
- · Train develop and lead key functional areas to ensure predictable and sustainable revenue and profitability of the company’s KSA business and achieve consistent delivery of an awesome customer experience.
- · Build and lead a multifunctional team to deliver the growth ambition in KSA
- · Drive effective communication across all levels of the business.
- · Manage and motivate the team to increase sales and continuously enhance the customer experience.
- · Be an inspirational leader who drives an exceptional working culture by managing and motivating your management team and team members to increase sales and continuously evolve the company’s team vibe
- · Ensure quality and safety in everything we do.
- Market Expansion & Strategic Initiatives
- · Identify and evaluate opportunities for venue expansion across the country
- · Collaborate with landlords, real estate agents etc to secure locations, negotiate leases, and manage pre-opening timelines.
- · Represent company in external engagements and build strong relationships with stakeholders, landlords, government agencies, and key partners.
- Sales and Marketing
- · Define & implement Sales and Marketing Strategy along with annual plan.
- · Set and communicate short, medium- and long-term goals, outcomes and action plans for the Venue
- · Ensure the venue is maximizing occupancy via sales, events and marketing initiatives.
- · Lead business development and delivery profitable and sustainable revenue growth
Requirements:
- · 10+ years leadership experience in operations, hospitality, entertainment, or leisure.· Strong commercial acumen and P&L responsibility.· Experience launching or scaling a brand in a new market.· Comfortable with a fast-paced, energetic, youth-driven culture.· Excellent communicator and inspiring team leader.
