Job Summary:
To support the organization in implementing Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Quality Control (QC) systems in compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, and international standards. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience and offers structured training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

- Assist in implementing HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans.
- Support site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
- Help monitor compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company standards.
- Participate in incident, accident, and near-miss investigations.
- Assist in conducting toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions.
- Monitor use of PPE and safe work practices on site.
- Support emergency preparedness and safety drills.

- Quality Control (QC)

- Assist in inspection of materials, workmanship, and processes.
- Maintain quality inspection records, checklists, and reports.
- Help identify non-conformities and support corrective actions.
- Assist in internal audits and quality improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain HSE and QC documentation and reports.
- Support submission of reports to management and authorities when required.
- Maintain records in line with ISO standards and company procedures.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome, orUp to 1 year of experience in HSE, QC, or a related role.
