One of our clients, a leading vegetable & fruit market in Dubai, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions.
The HR Manager will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a high-performance and compliant work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, promotions, and succession planning.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR policies.
- Support a project-driven, technical service environment with HR best practices.
Requirements:
