Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in interior design or fit-out. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and driving revenue growth for our client company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and close new clients within the interior design and fit-out industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.
- Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitors in the UAE fit-out sector.
Requirements:
- Strong background in interior design or fit-out.
- 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in Dubai (UAE).
- Demonstrated track record in business development and opening new client accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment.
