Job Summary:
Our client, a multinational automotive company, is looking for a Senior Executive - (Sales and Dealer Development) to be based in Dubai. This role reports directly to the Assistant Manager – Parts & Accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute regional sales plan for parts, accessories, and consumables under guidance of the Assistant Manager.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for parts volume, accessory sales per unit, and gross margin.
- Maintain strong dealer relationships through regular visits and communication.
- Monitor dealer inventory levels and support timely replenishment to minimize back orders.
- Track competitor pricing and promotional activities; report insights to management.
- Ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Conduct product and sales training sessions for dealer staff.
- Support marketing and customer engagement campaigns for Genuine Parts.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve delivery issues.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Analyze sales results and provide recommendations
- Participate in setting the sales and pricing strategy
- Is responsible for showroom display and merchandising sales
- Plan and conduct market research
- Weekly / Monthly reporting on Sales situation, target achievement and Gap analysis
- Monthly PDCA for business improvement
- Parts and Accessory sales achievement vs. target.
- Dealer coverage and visit compliance.
- Inventory turnover and fill rate.
- Genuine Oil, Battery, and Tyre penetration ratio.
- Dealer satisfaction index in Parts business.
Requirements:
- Background & Qualification:
- Graduate in Business, Engineering, or Commerce with 4-8 years of experience in automotive parts sales (OEM level).
Knowledge- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Proficiency in MS Office and DMS/CRM systems.
- Analytical ability for sales and margin tracking.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
