Job Summary:

Our client, a multinational company based in Dubai is looking for an Administration Staff (Japanese Speaker). You will provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient daily office activities in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Arrange official travel, including flights, visas, and accommodation.
    • Plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, and seminars.
    • Manage calendars for office management/executive staff, ensuring meeting schedules, invitations, agendas, and follow-ups are organized.
    • Oversee office administration, including filing, document management, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
    • Liaise with head office regarding travel arrangements, business trip logistics, and expense statements.
    • Assist with payment documentation, expense reports, and other accounting-related administrative support.
    • Perform general administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an international organization.
    • Excellent command of English; proficient in Japanese.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and online banking systems.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
    • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
