Business Development Manager/Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Our client seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Business Development Manager/Sales Manager with proven experience in IT hardware, office equipment, and retail technology systems. The ideal candidate will manage the full sales cycle, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships across the UAE, GCC, Africa, and CIS regions.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Hold P&L responsibility for sales operations under their scope.
    • Manage the full sales cycle including lead evaluation, prospecting, qualification, proposal development, and closure.
    • Analyze market potential and identify business opportunities across assigned regions.
    • Develop and present monthly/quarterly/annual strategic sales plans to the Board.
    • Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
    • Coordinate with customers to resolve any satisfaction or service-related concerns.
    • Propose tailored solutions to customers by integrating company products to meet specific needs.
    • Maintain and update the CRM database for all contacts, leads, and clients.
    • Track demo units issued to customers and take full responsibility for their management.
    • Coordinate back-office activities to ensure timely delivery, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
    • Assist the admin team with operational and documentation-related activities.
    • Collect payments for sales and report to the finance department.
    • Travel within the UAE and the MENA region as required to support sales objectives.
Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales.
    • Experience within UAE/GCC/Africa/CIS regions.
    • IT sales experience required; MENA experience preferred.
    • Valid driving license.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Minimum graduation degree required.
    • Willingness to travel locally within UAE and regionally within MENA for sales and business development.
