Job Summary:
Our Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Manager will lead and execute our client's branding and promotional strategies across online and offline channels. This role is responsible for strengthening brand presence, driving sales growth, and ensuring consistent communication that aligns with clients’ standards of quality and creativity. The ideal candidate has strong experience in both digital marketing and traditional retail/brand activation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that enhance Perfumes brand visibility across all platforms.
- Plan annual and quarterly marketing calendars aligned with product launches and business goals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitive trends, and product positioning.
- Digital Marketing
- Manage Perfumes online presence across social media, website, e-commerce, and digital advertising.
- Oversee content creation for social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Optimize SEO, website content, and product listings for better visibility and conversion.
- Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and digital partners to expand brand reach.
- Offline Marketing & Retail Support
- Plan and coordinate in-store promotional activities, product displays, and merchandising.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, catalogues, posters, and POS displays.
- Organize offline events—product launches, exhibitions, mall activations, and retail partner engagements.
- Ensure consistent brand presence at retail outlets and monitor store performance through marketing support.
- Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor 360° marketing campaigns (online + offline).
- Track performance metrics and prepare campaign reports to improve ROI.
- Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Communication & Coordination
- Work with graphic designers, photographers, and external agencies to develop creative assets.
- Maintain regular communication with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce partners.
- Present marketing plans and performance updates to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in both digital and traditional marketing (preferably in beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brands).
- Strong understanding of branding, retail marketing, and digital performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with design tools (basic) and marketing platforms (Meta Business, Google Ads Manager, Shopify/e-commerce tools) is a plus.
