Job Summary:

A Social Media Executive is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Key duties include planning and scheduling posts, monitoring trends, responding to customer interactions, coordinating with other teams, and reporting on key metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Strategy and content development: Create, plan, and execute engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) that aligns with brand guidelines across multiple platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
    • Community management: Monitor and engage with followers by responding to comments and messages to build and maintain a strong online community.
    • Campaign management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
    • Performance analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and generate reports to understand what's working and optimize future strategies.
    • Trend monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep the brand's content fresh and relevant.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
    • Paid social: Assist in running paid social media campaigns and boosting posts to reach a wider audience. 
Requirements:
    • Proven experience managing social media accounts and running campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in content creation tools, such as basic photo and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
    • A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and make informed decisions.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
