Job Summary:
The Senior HR Executive will lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, legal compliance, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This role requires strategic oversight of HR policies, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and HR analytics to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with organizational objectives and local labor laws.
- Ensure HR practices comply with UAE/GCC labor regulations and company standards.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, selection, and hiring.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, appointment letters, and employee handbooks.
- Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
- Handle resignations, terminations, and exit interviews professionally and in compliance with policy.
- Resolve employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and other workplace concerns fairly and promptly.
- Maintain accurate employee files, HR documentation, and personnel records.
- Coordinate with the PRO for visa processing, work permits, renewals, and other government formalities.
- Ensure compliance with local labor, residency laws, and legal requirements in all HR operations.
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems, KPIs, and employee evaluation processes.
- Identify training needs, coordinate workshops, and implement learning and development programs.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and employee upskilling initiatives.
- Administer attendance, leave management, payroll, and benefits in coordination with Finance.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems for efficient HR operations.
- Collect, analyze, and report HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement) to inform strategic decisions.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.
- Implement employee engagement, wellness, and health & safety initiatives.
- Contribute to employer branding and corporate reputation strategies.
- Liaise with legal advisors, auditors, and government agencies regarding HR matters.
- Support internal audits, compliance checks, and management reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection standards (e.g., GDPR).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws, especially UAE/GCC.
- Familiarity with HR systems, payroll software, and HR analytics.
- 6+ years of HR experience, including supervisory or senior roles.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, payroll/benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort interpreting HR metrics.
- Strategic mindset to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience managing a multicultural workforce, preferably in UAE/GCC.
