Job Summary:

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join our team as an HR & Admin Intern.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
    • Support in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
    • Prepare and organize employee documents, letters, and reports.
    • Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating orientation activities.
    • Handle basic office administration such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
    • Support in managing office supplies, staff attendance, and daily administrative tasks.
    • Maintain professional communication via email, phone, and internal coordination.
    • Provide support during HR events, training sessions, and meetings.
    • Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to company policies.
