Job Summary:
One of our clients is seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with over 5 years of experience in the pumps and water solutions industry. The ideal candidate will have direct experience working with Flygt (Xylem) or Grundfos, or with their authorized distributors. The role requires a proactive professional who can independently develop new business opportunities, manage dealer relationships, and generate inquiries both directly and through partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities for pumps, wastewater, and water treatment systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, consultants, and end users.
- Actively seek new inquiries and projects through proactive market engagement.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
- Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the pump industry, preferably with Flygt (Xylem) or Grundfos (or their distributors).
- Strong technical understanding of pumping systems, wastewater treatment, and related equipment.
- Proven track record in project sales and account management.
