Job Summary:
One of our clients is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to develop and grow corporate business accounts for our Rent a Car division in Riyadh and Dammam. The role involves identifying new B2B opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients for short-term and long-term car rentals.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts aligned with company policies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations and fleet management teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and updated sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to management.
- Represent the company at corporate events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive, leasing, or rent-a-car industry.
