Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant (UAE National) to join our Client Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to the HR and Administration teams, ensuring efficient management of employee records, recruitment coordination, and compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
    • Assist in preparing offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials.
    • Maintain and update the employee master list.
    • Organize and safeguard digital and physical employee files, including training records.
    • Track and update employee visa, passport, and residency details.
    • Assist with renewals of work permits and residencies in compliance with UAE regulations.
    • Monitor daily attendance and absences.
    • Track and update employee leave balances (annual, sick, unpaid, and other types).
    • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
    • Monitor validity of company insurance policies (health, workmen’s compensation, property, liability).
    • Handle office correspondence, phone calls, and document filing.
    • Support other departments with administrative and HR-related tasks.
    • Assist with government-related processes for labor cards, visas, and permits.
    • Ensure timely submission and follow-up of applications.
    • Stay updated on changes to UAE labor and immigration regulations.
    • Maintain company licenses, permits, and the legal compliance register.
    • Support renewals, amendments, and cancellations of corporate legal documents.
    • Support onboarding by preparing company welcome materials and essentials.
    • Coordinate the distribution of uniforms and company items.
    • Assist in sourcing and purchasing staff-related items as per budget and standards.
Requirements:
    • Fresh graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Previous internship or administrative experience (preferred but not required).
    • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
    • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and basic HR practices.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
