Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident and well-presented Receptionist to represent our client production company. The role involves handling front-desk responsibilities, supporting client meetings, and providing general administrative support to the production and operations teams. The position demands excellent communication, multitasking, and a customer-service-oriented mindset, ensuring every client interaction is handled professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take messages accurately.
- Manage visitor logbooks, issue visitor passes, and coordinate security protocols.
- Maintain the front office area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and deliveries.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist the HR and production teams with basic administrative and coordination tasks.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
- Support production meetings and events by arranging refreshments and logistics.
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front-office executive (media or production industry experience preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Professional appearance and pleasant demeanor.
